National Crop Insurance Services, Inc. (NCIS) is a non-profit service organization whose membership includes all approved insurance providers (AIPs) who participate in the federal crop insurance program. The program is offered by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation and administered by USDA’s Risk Management Agency (RMA). NCIS is located in Overland Park, Kansas, and is observing a hybrid model with a minimum of ten scheduled days in the office per month. NCIS offers a generous benefit package including paid time off, health, dental, vision and life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with an employer matching component.
